IMPERIO and his owner/rider Hubertus Schmidt have recently been named to the "A squad" from which the 2016 German Olympic dressage team will be selected. The 12 year old Imperio, competing at the Grand Prix level was named the 2015 Trakehner stallion of the year, after winning both the Grand Prix Special and the FEI Grand Prix classes at the CDI Verden. In 2008, Imperio was the 5 year old Bundeschampion and reserve world young horse champion. At the 2014 German National Championship in Hannover the Imperio sons Heuberger, riden by Anabel Balkenhol, won the dressage S level championship and Guardian, riden by Hauke Hillrichs, was the 4 year old riding horse champion. 

HERZLICHT II is a state premium mare that was the unchallenged champion of the 2003 central mare inspection in Rhineland and passed her performance test with superior marks. Herzlicht II was champion at the Wickrath elite mare show, became the top selling mare at the Neumünster auction and qualified for the Bundeschampionat. Through her dam's line, Herzlicht is related to the S level dressage horses Harmonie, Harlequin, Happy Gipsy, Hermes, and Hippokrates.
